You know … PINTEREST.
( … oh yes … with winter’s onset, only __ hours a day!)

Would you like to be ASKED to use Pinterest?
Would you like to design and plan a photo shoot?
How would you like to do BOTH AT THE SAME TIME
and end up winning a photo session and pictures?
Pinterest is, after all, all about pictures.

As a dedicated pinner myself, I’ve decided to
borrow and adapt a great contest idea:

All you have to do to participate is create a board on Pinterest
and include at least one photograph from this website or any of the Gallery Albums. 
Name your board anything you like (extra points for creativity!)
and then show off within that board your session inspiration photos.
Think about collecting images of settings you’re drawn to,
favorite color themes, clothes or accessories you might wear,
props or backgrounds you might like to use.

This is your own ‘photo shoot idea board’ and it’s all about ‘imagery’!
 
The winner will receive a complimentary portrait session and disc.
This may be an Engagement, Family, Bridal, Senior, or Newborn Portrait Session.
Boards will be judged based on overall appearance, theme, and creativity …
and though they don’t know it yet, I think my judging assistants may be my 2 daughters-in-law -
one with a degree in art and one with a degree in graphic design.

The theme for your board does not have to be the actual theme used should you win a session
… just make it a great one. For example, some might want to design a newborn session,
but they don’t have a newborn … and another might like to plan a bridal session,
but they’re already married … you get the idea.
These are inspiration boards and other new moms, future brides,
(or photographers!) might be looking at them.

1.  Create a pinboard and give it a creative title.  
2.  Pin an image (or images) from debmemories.com to this board.
3.  Build your board with additional images that inspire your idea of the perfect portrait session … 
products, settings, wardrobe ideas, props. 
Show your preference for bright color, urban grunge, shady woodlands, or something light and airy.
Tag all your board photos with #debmemories
4.  Post the link to this pin board on my Facebook Wall (link)
if you want to make sure it gets seen … or visited by others for more followers!
5.  Deadline is February 29 … you have all of February to load your board with great stuff!

The winner will receive a complimentary portrait session
to take place in the Chattanooga TN, Knoxville TN, or Greenville SC areas,
along with a session disc. (I will give the winner a list of available times,
based on winner’s location and session details.)
