STUDIO POLICY

Photographer in Cleveland Athens TN

* Portrait Creation is all-inclusive custom work.
A session fee takes into consideration pre-session consultation, travel,
actual session time, editing, retouching, preparation and delivery.

* Starting Session Fee: $300
$150 is applied to capture and editing time
$150 will be applied as credit toward any portrait purchase.
The session fee is the same regardless of the type session or number of people.
Session fees do not include additional prints or digital negatives
aside from what is selected with the included $150 credit.
Additional digital files or prints are an additional purchase.

* The “Boutique Baby” Newborn Session:
may be ‘in studio’ or at your home and will last up to 2 hours.
With payment of the session fee,
an appointment ‘window’ will be penciled in around your due date,
to be confirmed at the time of delivery.
The ideal time for a newborn session is before baby is 2 weeks old.

* The Standard Portrait Session
is a 1 to 2 hour session on location.
Unlimited wardrobe changes are permitted.
Included in the fee are locations within 45 miles of Athens,
a circle that includes Cleveland to West Knoxville.

* Weddings
are charged by the hour (with a minimum of 4)
or as full day packages (up to 8 hours)
and always include a print collection of some kind with your digital negatives.
The hourly rate covers time and digital negatives,
with a wide range of print collections being offered at list price.

* Portrait session proofs are viewed in person
within 1 week of the session.
Here, you may select your favorites, and finalize purchasing decisions.

* Online galleries are not provided for proofs.
These galleries are solely provided for weddings and purchased portrait file backup.
Created for each client, the backup gallery is complimentary
long term storage for your purchased digital negatives.

* Image Copyright naturally and always remains with a photographer.
What clients receive are printing rights or commercial licensing with granted permission to print and share.
All rights are reserved by the photographer as owner to use images with discretion
for display, marketing, or professional image competition.
